Idaho Steelheads close in on regular season title and historical records, playoff outlook

With nine games to play in the regular season, the Idaho Steelheads have a sizeable lead over every team in the ECHL, in the race for the regular season title, the Brabham Cup (CBS2).{p}{/p}

The top 6 of the ECHL. 16 teams qualify for the Kelly Cup Playoffs (4 per division). Every team in the top 6 has clinched except Greenville. Idaho is the only team to have also clinched its division (CBS2).{ }{p}{/p}
