BOISE, Idaho (CBS 2) — You've probably heard by now that Boise is one of the fastest growing cities in the country.
But what about its citizens' driving skills?
Well, Allstate insurance says Boise drivers are the second safest in America out of 200 cities analyzed for its annual America's Best Drivers Report. Allstate says Boise drivers have on average 13.7 years between collisions.
Boise's ranking is by far the highest among larger cities in the northwest -- (Eugene, 34, Spokane, 87, Seattle 155 and Portland 181).
The folks in Brownsville, Texas took home the safe driver crown at No. 1 with an average of every 14.9 years.
And watch out if you're in Baltimore. Drivers there get in collisions on average every 4.2 years.
