Sheriff: Boise man charged after investigation reveals he was getting drugs in the mail
A package full of pills could land a 26-year-old man in jail for life.
The pills were oxycodone.
Ada County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jacob Lassoff at a Boise Post Office minutes after he picked up mail that contained the drug Thursday.
Detectives worked with US Postal inspectors after finding evidence that he was getting the pills sent to him from out of the country.
The package was filled with 41 Oxycodone tablets
Deputies say they also found blank prescription forms inside his car.
Detectives interviewed Lassoff and then booked him into the Ada County Jail under a felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
