CLARKSTON, Washington (CBS2) — According to a recent news release, detectives from the Quad Cities Drug Task Force arrested 32-year-old Trevor Pease of Clarkston last week on several outstanding warrants.
The release says detectives had prior information to believe Pease could have a large number of fentanyl pills from a recent trip outside the area. Pease was found in a rental car in downtown Clarkston and arrested on numerous outstanding warrants.
The vehicle he was driving was later searched. Detectives located approximately 1,700 Fentanyl pills and packaged methamphetamine in the vehicle's center console.
In addition to the prior charges associated with the warrants, Pease will also face new charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Pease is currently being held in the Asotin County Jail.
The Quad Cities Drug Task Force is partially funded by the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance to combat narcotics distribution in Southeastern Washington and Western Idaho Counties.
