The Weiser Police Department says at about 11 p.m. Monday, Payette County Sheriff deputies tried to pull over the driver of a white Mitsubishi Lancer. Officers say the driver took off speeding and at one point, tried to ram pursuing deputies.

He eventually drove into Oregon, but then back into the Weiser area.
