Nampa police say they have arrested 20 people at two different drug houses during raids this week.

Police say the first warrant raid was Monday morning around 5:30 a.m. on the 600 block of 7th Avenue North, which resulted in nine people being arrested.

Eleven more were arrested on Tuesday morning at a house in the 600 block of South Olive Street, according to police.

“These search warrants are evidence of Nampa Police efforts to disrupt illegal drug activity in the city of Nampa,” said Lt. Eric Skoglund of the Nampa Police Special Investigations Unit in a press release.

“Places where illicit drug activity is occurring often leads to a higher frequency of other crimes, especially property crimes. We want to help the law-abiding people in these neighborhoods feel safer and more secure in their community.”

A booking photo for Jennifer Anderson was not available.
