REXBURG, Idaho (CBS2) — Lori Vallow Daybell is asking for some name clarification in court.
According to Idaho court documents, defense attorney Mark Means filed a motion to clear up any name confusion as she's been called a variety of names.
"Defendant moves this Court to order all headings for this legal proceeding, both past and in the future, to identify said defendant as “Lori Norene Ryan Vallow Daybell” or Mrs. Lori Daybell."
Means also included a copy of Daybell's wedding certificate from Hawaii -- dated Nov. 5, 2019.
Lori and her husband Chad Daybell have pleaded not guilty related to the bodies of Tylee Ryan and J.J. Vallow being found buried on Chad's property, which includes conspiracy to commit destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence.
