A 48-year-old Fairfield woman is accused of having sexual contact with a prisoner at the Blaine County Jail.

The sheriff's office says Jodi Petty was working as an employee with Summit Food Services when she and an inmate were displaying suspicious behavior that was witnessed by detention staff. After an investigation, deputies say the alleged inappropriate conduct took place in a storage area.

Petty's security clearance was revoked, the inmate was removed from kitchen duties, and arrest warrants were issued for Petty, who later posted $25,000 bond.

She's no longer employed by Summit Food Services.
