'Inhumane' living conditions for 247 chickens, ducks and more in Weiser

Hundreds of animals were found living in inhumane conditions at a property in Weiser. The Idaho Humane Society says it rescued 247 chickens, 21 ducks, eight parakeets, a robin, a starling along with several dogs and cats. IHS says it's providing veterinarian care for the animals.
