Police: Ore. mom arrested for giving son pot cookie

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A Roseburg area mother was arrested and charged by police, after they say she gave her son a cookie with some of her medical marijuana in it.

Authorities say they went to a home on SE Commercial at around 4:30 am, and arrested Terrianne Christine Rowe, 34.

Police say she gave her 14-year-old son a cookie that contained some of her medical marijuana while they were in their home.

Officials say Rowe was arrested without incident and was charged by police with unlawful distribution of marijuana to a minor.

She was lodged in the Douglas County Jail.
