The Ada County Coroner’s Office has identified the fourth person who died in a fiery crash last week along Interstate-84.

The coroner identified the victim as Illya D. Tsar, 42, of Rochester, New York and listed his death as thermal and inhalation injuries due to the crash.

Earlier this week, officials with the Mountain Home Air Force Base identified the three Airmen who also died in the crash as Senior Airman Carlos V. Johnson, Senior Airman Lawrence P. Manlapit III and Senior Airman Karlie A. Westall.

According to ISP, a commercial vehicle and SUV were traveling eastbound when they slowed for construction traffic. A second commercial vehicle, driven by Tsar, struck the SUV and the first commercial vehicle from behind, troopers say. Four other vehicles were involved in the crash.

The Cloverdale overpass will eventually be replaced, ITD announced on Friday, and it could take up to a year before a new bridge is finished.

Also on Friday, Mountain Home AFB says a private memorial for the Airmen will be held on Tuesday.
