The crash remains under investigation.
A puppy named Roxanne was confirmed dead in the crash as well according to Meridian Police.
A fundraiser for the Fernandez family has been set up HERE.
"We are raising money to offer support and to memorialize some great friends in our community. Paying for multiple funerals at once is very expensive and Anthony is going to have massive medical bills," the fundraiser stated.
CBS 2 Spoke with family friend Craig Campbell. "There are some additional needs, that are more immediate as well. We are looking for some lodging, and also for some food to help them," Campbell said. "Part of the family is from here in McCall, where we are, and then some of the family is down there in Nampa. And so right now, there's eight of them that down there that are going back and forth to the hospital and have needs - specifically to sit by Anthony's side."
Campell says the fifth person in the hospital, Anthony, is showing some improvement today and there is hope to take him off ventilation. He says the injuries are still extensive, including lost eyesight in one eye, lost hearing in one ear and a broken back.
