Caldwell Police arrest man after reports of shots fired
Caldwell, ID (CBS2) — Caldwell Police arrested 50-year-old Ladislado Felix following a report of shots fired.
Caldwell Police were called to the 2800 block of S. Georgia Avenue for a report of shots fired on May 15, 2023.
During the investigation officers found shell casings, reviewed surveillance video, and spoke to witnesses. Their investigation revealed Felix was connected to the report of shots fired
Caldwell Police Detectives also found evidence linking Felix to several crimes before obtaining a search warrant for his home.
During the search of the home, Detectives found firearms and ammunition.
Detectives arrested him on May 24, 2023, on charges of first-degree kidnapping, destroying evidence, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, and domestic battery in the presence of a child.
