Boise Police: 26-year-old arrested after 'inappropriate communication' with a minor
BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) —
A 26-year-old Boise man has been arrested after police say he attempted to entice a minor through text messages.
Boise Police identified the man as Kenneth Fuller.
Police say he tried to entice the minor to have 'inappropriate physical contact with him' in text messages.
According to police, the victim was previously known to Fuller.
Upon investigation, members of the Boise Police Special Victims Unit discovered enough probable cause evidence to arrest Fuller. He was found at his residence on the 2200 block of S. Curtis Road and taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon.
Fuller has been charged with felony children- enticing through the internet, video image, or other communication device and misdemeanor failure to appear.
