Boise man accused of using cellphone to record another man showering in stall
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) —
A 21-year-old Boise man has been arrested after police say he used his cellphone to record another man while he showed in a stall at a local gym.
Boise Police says Kalan Gussie, 21, used the cell phone at a west Boise recreation facility on March 14 where the victim had reasonable expectation of privacy.
On Tuesday morning, officers served an arrest warrant at a home on the 2400 block of Shoshone Street. BPD says Gussie refused to surrender for nearly an hour before he was eventually taken into custody.
He's been booked into the Ada County Jail on felony video voyeurism and resisting or obstructing officers.
