Bogus will celebrate New Year's Monday with fireworks
BOGUS BASIN, Idaho —
On Monday, New Year's Day Bogus Basin will celebrate the new year with fireworks on the mountain.
The show is free to the public and gets underway at 6:30 p.m.
"The feedback from last year's fireworks show on the mountain was incredible," said Susan Saad, Director of Community Relations. "We're excited to make this a fun, family-friendly annual tradition."
The fireworks will be visible from the Simplot Lodge Base Area.
Bogus Basin will extend hours of operation for the Deerpoint Chairlift (#1), and the Morning Star Chairlift (#2) on January 1st until 6:00 p.m.
Also, the Pepsi Goldrush Tubing Hill will offer extended hours, you can make a reservations available at www.bogusbasin.org.
The Simplot Lodge will remain open for food and beverage service until after the event.
