Argument leads to shooting, stabbing inside Nampa home, police say
NAMPA, Idaho (CBS 2) —
An argument between three people inside a Nampa home led to a gun discharging and a stabbing early Wednesday.
Nampa Police says Seth Anderson, 26, and two women got into an argument inside a home on the 1700 block of 1st Street North after he came home intoxicated. Officers say Anderson got a gun and threatened the women and a fight ensued over the gun when it later was discharged during the struggle.
Nobody was hit by the gunfire.
At one point, one of the women stabbed Anderson. As the fight continued, he was able to get a knife away and used it to slash one of the women, who received a minor injury, Nampa PD says.
Anderson was taken into custody and taken to the hospital for treatment. His stab wound does not appear to be life threatening.
He's been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of battery.
