If you don't feel ready to start celebrating Valentine's Day, you can always just take a girls day. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. you can enjoy Girl's Day Out at the Galaxy Event Center in Meridian. You and your friends can get in for free to sip and shop a wide variety of handmade jewelry, sweets, crafts, home decor, apparel and beauty products.
If you happen to find a pretty dress at Girl's Day Out, you could always wear it to the Daddy Daughter Date Night on Saturday. The Nampa Recreation Center is putting on an event where every girl can dress up, go to a ball, and have a great time with her dad. Dad and daughter duos will be able to enjoy music, dancing, refreshments, activities and special entertainment.
Here's something the entire family can enjoy, the 2019 Snowmobilier's Ball and Fun Run. Live music and other festivities for the event begin Friday, but the actual snowmobiling at the Mountain Village Resort doesn't take place until Saturday. For $20 you can your family can enjoy an afternoon of riding through scenic Stanley, Idaho.
Another fun event for you and your loved ones, the Boise Golf and Travel Show. Saturday and Sunday at Expo Idaho you can enjoy a few games of golf, but if you need some help with your skills, you can take advantage of a teaching area for children and adults.
