K2 and SheJumps invite you to the 6th Annual International Women’s Ski and Snowboard Day at Bogus Basin. This is an opportunity for women to meet, spend time together and have fun in the snow. All ages are welcome to take part in beginning cross-country ski lessons taught by members of the Bogus Basin Nordic Team. Check in is at noon and following the lessons, you can visit with new friends on the patio with tea and hot chocolate.

If you're not interested in skiing but still want to enjoy the snow this weekend, you can head to the Snowmobile Fun Run. Saturday at 9 a.m. you can enjoy a 26-mile long journey through scenic Idaho City. Afterward, you can eat and attempt to win raffle prizes in the community hall. If you go, be sure to say hello to our CBS 2 News crew who will also be attending the event.

If snow snowmobiling isn't your sport, you can always enjoy fly fishing at Expo Idaho. The Western Idaho Fly Fishing Expo takes place Saturday and Sunday. It features two indoor casting ponds and a variety of speakers.

Instead of fish, you can reel in some new finds at the January Flea Market. Saturday and Sunday, also at Expo Idaho, you can find a new, old thing to love. Admission is $2 for seniors,$1 for children and free for children 12 and under.

This next event is specifically for your children. The princesses of Capes and Crowns are having their very first princess ball. Children can participate in crafts, face painting, photo booths, sing-alongs, playing and dancing with multiple princesses. You also can buy a royal invitation box for your child, equipped with a tiara and a signed letter by their favorite princess. The event will be held on the top floor of J.U.M.P in downtown Boise.
