Comings and Goings: New sandwich shop opens downtown and a local school gets solar panels
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) —
Feast your eyes... and stomach. A vacancy is filled in downtown Boise.
Bleubird's old location in the 200 block of north tenth street is now occupied by Lemon Tree Co. They've been open for more than a month.
On the menu are lots of home-made sandwiches, who's quality will be reminiscent of the previous tenant.
The retailer's website says... "Lemon Tree is an artisan sandwich shop in the heart of downtown Doise, offering specialty lemonades and sandwiches - with a twist."
So in other words... delicious!
Arbor Ridge is filling-in with more homes.
CBH homes is the builder out by Kuna.
So far, four-dozen homes have been built with more than four-hundred to go.
The homes will start in the 1600 foot range and go up and the price tag is just under $200-thousand.

The school district filed paperwork with the City of Boise for solar panels.
School administrators list work for a 12-grid, tied roof-mounted solar panels. Auric solar is listed on the paperwork.
And total cost is estimated at just over $8800 dollars.
