Tina's Hot Chocolate

In a big pot combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 3 heaping tablespoons cocoa, a pinch of salt, and just enough water to dissolve the sugar.

Heat on medium-high until boiling, constantly stirring. After mixture comes to a boil, add 3/4 gallon of milk, 1-2 cups heavy cream, 1 can evaporated milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Heat thoroughly or put in crock pot on low until desired temperature and turn down to warm setting. DELICIOUS!!

**Hot chocolate will separate upon sitting - be sure to stir or mix thoroughly before reheating
