Happy Memorial Day weekend! Today we saw some wonderful temperatures, and we are in store for more days like that too! Expect to see highs in the low 80's tomorrow and mid 80's on Monday in the Treasure Valley--perfect barbecuing weather! And if you're headed to the Mountains, you are in store for some great conditions too. Sunny skies on Sunday and Monday, highs in the upper 70's.
After the holiday, temperatures remain hot--an expected 90 degrees on Tuesday. Then things cool down a bit, with highs in the lower 80's to upper 70's as the week goes on.
Boise River: The Flood Warning continues for the Boise River At Glenwood Bridge affecting Ada and Canyon Counties. The flow is currently near 8,500 cfs. It should go down to around 8,400 cfs. This action is part of a flood control effort by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers prompted by the very deep snow pack in the mountains. Minor flooding will continue in low areas near the river.
