Hawks beat Eugene to win series

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Boise scored runs in five innings en route to a 10-5 win over Eugene on Sunday night at Memorial Stadium.

Rashad Crawford went 3/5 with three runs batted in and Mark Zagunis went 2/4 with two runs batted in. Zagunis, a third-round pick of the Chicago Cubs, is now batting .414 for the Hawks.

On the mound, starter Ben Wells gave up one earned run in four innings of work. Josh Davis came in for middle relief and got his first win of the season.

Boise is now 12-12 and has Monday off before hosting Hillsboro for a three-game series.
