Yotes battle back to beat Northwest Christian

CALDWELL, Idaho - The College of Idaho held visiting Northwest Christian without a made field goal for a 10 minute stretch of the second half, as the No. 21 ranked Coyotes used a game-changing 19-3 run to defeat the Beacons, 71-62, inside the J.A. Albertson Activities Center.

Ben Van Lith scored a career-high 22 points and Jordan O'Byrne scored 10 of his 14 points during the key run, as the Coyotes (16-5, 7-2 CCC) improved to 9-0 at home this season.

The Beacons (11-8, 5-4) took a 42-30 lead early in the second half - but committed 10 turnovers over the final 13 minutes of the game, as C of I scored 25 points off NCU miscues on the night.
