Boise State fans who enjoy watching HBO's "Hard Knocks" will have a couple local reasons to tune into the new popular show this summer.

The NFL and HBO announced Wednesday that "Hard Knocks Training Camp With the Tampa Bay Buccaneers" will debut this August.

And it will feature several Idaho ties including former Boise State head coach Dirk Koetter, who's now the head coach for Tampa Bay. Also, former Boise State running back Doug Martin is on the team.

Martin is suspended for the first four games of the season after he tested positive for a banned substance last year.

Also on the team is Evan Smith, who played for Idaho State University from 2005-2008.
