Storm chasers capture fury of Hurricane Harvey
WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) - Hurricane Harvey made landfall over the Texas coast early Saturday morning as a category 4 storm with 130 mph winds.
By 3 a.m. the storm had downgraded to a category 1 storm and it has gradually weakened according to the National Hurricane Center.
The storm is still considerably strong and could produce 110 mph winds that can continue to cause damage along the Texas coastline.
Storm chasers captured the moment the storm collided with Corpus Christi.
