Two children ejected from Suburban after rollover crash on I-84

JEROME, Idaho (KBOI) -- Two children were ejected from a vehicle after a rollover crash near Jerome Friday morning.

Idaho State Police says Dallas Scoffield, 31, of Gooding was driving east along with four children. ISP says Scoffield's Suburban hit some ice and went off Interstate-84. The vehicle flipped -- ejecting two of the passengers.

The driver and three of the four children were transported to St. Luke's Magic Valley Hospital in Twin Falls by ambulance. Both eastbound lanes of travel were blocked for approximately 20 minutes.

ISP says Scoffield and two children were wearing seatbelts, however, the two ejected child passengers were not wearing seatbelts.

There's no word yet on the extent of the injuries.
