Lockdown lifted at three Boise schools after police search for suspect
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) —
Three schools in the Boise School District went into a brief lock down Thursday.
The Boise School District told KBOI 2News that Capital High School, Mountain View Elementary and Valley View Elementary were in a shelter-in-place status, which means classes were ongoing but the doors to the schools were locked.
The lock-down lasted about 30 minutes. The school district says staff members were told by Boise Police that officers were looking for a suspect in the area.
