'Someone is holding a ticket worth $1 million'

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Idaho Powerball officials said Monday that its annual $1 million Raffle has been sold out.

The 250,000th ticket was sold Saturday. No additional tickets will be issued. Idaho Lotto officials say about 25 percent of the game sold in the final eight days of sales.

"Someone right now is holding a ticket worth $1,000,000," said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery director.

Anderson said all players holding a raffle ticket should sign the back of it and keep it in a safe place until the winning numbers are announced on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
