GARDEN CITY, Idaho (KBOI) - If you had your snowboard stolen on Thursday at Bogus Basin you may be in luck.

Garden City Police Detectives said Friday that they recovered five stolen snowboards that were taken throughout the day by a juvenile at Bogus Basin Ski Resort.

Collectively, the recovered snowboards are worth more than $1,000.

The crimes occurred in Boise County's jurisdiction, however, the Boise County Sheriff's office has not received any theft reports of the stolen boards as of last evening, GCPD said.

"We would like to get the stolen property back to their rightful owners as soon as possible," Garden City Police Detective John Brumbaugh said."

The victims will need to file a theft report with the Boise County Sheriff's Office and describe their stolen property in order to get their snowboards back.

The juvenile has not been identified due to his age.
