Report on Porsche crash into crowded sidewalk heads to Boise prosecutor
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) —
A police investigation into the September crash that injured 11 people when a Porsche went out of control, going off the roadway and onto a crowded sidewalk at the Boise Spectrum, has been completed and forwarded to the city prosecutor's office.
A Boise police spokesman said the report was finished last week and it will now be up to prosecutors to decide what charges may be filed against the driver, Roy L. Drennon, 49, of Eagle.
Police say Drennon has been cooperating during their investigation. | Video of the Crash
