Police: Parking dispute leads to man ramming his truck into vehicle

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Garden City Police say they have arrested a Nampa man after he intentionally rammed his truck into another man's vehicle after a parking dispute Tuesday.

Police say Jordan Chappell, 23, got into an argument with a 63-year-old Garden City man in the 300 block of East 39th Street.

Officers say Chappell started spitting in the man's face and throwing food at the man's vehicle before he got into his work truck and rammed the vehicle, causing over $3000 in damage.

No one was injured, according to officers.

Police say Chappell then drove away from the scene but was later arrested by officers without incident.

Chappell has been booked into the Ada County Jail on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and leaving the scene of an accident.
