Ada County Dispatchers say the shooting call came in around 11:25 p.m. Thursday for a home on the 2100 block of South Orchard Street. Police day the caller told dispatchers three people had been shot.

One person of interest is in custody, however, police say another suspect is still on the loose. Further details about that person have not been release.

At about 10 a.m., Boise Police say the shooting had turned into a double homicide. It's unclear the extent of the injuries of the third person.

When Boise Police arrived at the scene, they found a woman and two men inside with gun shots wounds. They were all taken to a local hospital. A possible motive has been established, but BPD says it's not releasing that information at this time.

"I thought I heard about seven or eight gunshots," said Robert Ribenour, a neighbor. "...I opened the door and looked outside and right as I opened my backdoor, I heard tires peeling away and some girl yelling, saying 'oh my god.'"

It's unclear whether there was more than one shooter involved, but police said officers are trying to locate more than one suspect.
