Naked man in E. Idaho park gets 7 days in jail

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) - A Twin Falls man taken into custody after being found naked in an eastern Idaho city park has pleaded guilty to indecent exposure.

The Post Register reports that 50-year-old Marvin Locke made the plea Wednesday following his arrest on Tuesday in Freeman Park in Idaho Falls.

Authorities say Locke was camping in the park which is not permitted. Police also say he was intoxicated.

Idaho Falls Police spokeswoman Joelyn Hansen says several children had their eyes shielded by adults.

Magistrate Judge Steven Gardner sentenced Locke to seven days in jail, a $307.50 fine, and one year of probation.
