March 13 election bond/levy information for your school district

Several school districts throughout the Treasure Valley will be holding levy and bond elections on March 13.

Here's everything you should know:

Ada County

West Ada School District bond – Up to $95 million over 20 years for constructing new schools and making improvements to existing schools. Needs 66.7% to pass.

West Ada School District levy - $28 million over 2 years for maintaining and operating schools. Needs majority to pass.

Canyon County*

Caldwell School District levy - $5 million over 2 years for maintaining and operating schools. Needs majority to pass.

Middleton School District bond – Up to $25 million over 20 years to build a new elementary school, buy more land for future schools, and improving existing schools. Needs 66.7% to pass.

Parma School District bond – Up to $5 million over 20 years to improve athletic facilities, expand high school band room, construction of new agriculture education building, improved security systems throughout the district, and other improvements to school facilities. Needs 66.7% to pass.

Wilder School District Bond – Up to $5 million over 20 years for a new lunch room, kitchen, vocational agricultural classroom, and vocational agricultural shop. Needs 66.7% to pass.

*- The two West Ada issues are also on the Canyon County ballot in a few locations

Elmore County

Glenns Ferry Schools District levy - $700,000 over 2 years for operating the schools in the district. Needs majority to pass.

Gem County

Emmett School District bond – Up to $20,400,000 over 20 years to remodel the middle school, improve and repair the high school, construction of a new building for agriculture and pre-engineering, and repairs for Sweet, Carberry, and Shadow Butte schools. Needs 66.7% to pass.

Washington County

Weiser School District levy - $700,000 over 2 years for maintaining and operating schools. Needs majority to pass.
