Man leads police on 100 mph chase with blown tires, no lights

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - A high-speed chase ends with a car ramming a curb at the corner of Fairview Avenue and Cole Road around 3:30 Friday morning.

Police charged 47-year-old Rojelio Rojas with running from police. They say he could also face a potential DUI charge.

The chase started when someone called in a report about a white Camaro driving the wrong way down I-84.

Officers say they spotted the car, without its headlights on, near Cherry Lane and Ten Mile Road.

When officers tried pulling the driver over, they say he sped away. The pursuit ended at Cole Road and Fairview Avenue when the driver tried to turn on Cole Road and ran into the curb.
