Some local kids are in Los Angeles to compete in an international STEM competition. They left from the Boise airport around 6 a.m. Sunday. Luke Campbell, Taylor Herndon and Brooklyn Legg make up team High Efficiency Rocket Nozzles. They'll be putting their skills up against 1,800 other students from 75 different countries for the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF). It's the world's largest pre-college science and engineering competition.
