Kuna mom pleads not guilty to sex with teens, serving booze
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - A 35-year-old Kuna mom accused of having sexual contact with eight minors has pleaded not guilty to the crimes.
Courtney Reschke was in state district court Tuesday morning.
The Kuna woman was arrested in early December after police said she gave alcohol to high school students and also had sexual contact with them. She was indicted by a grand jury in December with 11 counts of lewd conduct with a minor, two counts of sexual abuse of child under the age of 16, and seven counts of dispensing alcohol to minors.
Reschke is currently being held in the Ada County Jail on a $750,000 bond.
The maximum penalty for lewd conduct with a minor is life in prison. A jury trial is scheduled for May 1.
