Idaho mobile park residents still without water

MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) - State officials say the owner of a northern Idaho mobile home park whose residents don't have safe drinking water hasn't submitted water samples for testing.

The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality tells the Lewiston Tribune that Syringa Mobile Home Park didn't submit samples on Tuesday.

Residents have been without drinkable water since December.

The agency in February filed a lawsuit against owner Magar E. Magar contending the mobile home park is violating wastewater and drinking water requirements.

That lawsuit is pending in 2nd District Court.
