A family is asking for your help finding one of their loved ones, Mark Rose, who has been missing for nearly three weeks.

Rose is 55-years-old, wears glasses and is about 5' 10" tall. On April 24, he left his home early in the morning and hasn't been seen since.

Deputies found his truck next to the Boise River, down a dirt access road at the end of Midland Boulevard in Nampa that is now covered with water. However, there was no trace of Mark.

Steve Rose, Sherrie Shruder and Jeff Welsh, Rose's older siblings, say they've been searching for him since his disappearance three weeks ago.

"He was the youngest of our family, our baby brother," said Rose's brothers. "He's our baby brother."

Shruder says she remembers vividly the details of that morning.

"My brother had taken off in the morning to go to work like he always did and left at 6 o'clock in the morning, and Tammy kissed him goodbye, his wife of almost 29 years," Shruder recounted. "Tom Scott Motors called Tammy in the morning to say he did not show up for work."

Soon after that phone call, Rose's wife reported him missing. The Canyon County Sheriff's Office says they found Rose's truck that same afternoon, but their tracking dog lost Rose's scent quickly.

"Police just don't have really anything, we are waiting on DNA, there was a little a little bit of blood, not massive amounts to lead them to believe that there was foul play was involved, but they're running DNA testing and that type of thing and we're just waiting on that," said Steve Rose.

The blood was found inside the truck.

His siblings say Rose wasn't depressed as far as they know, and that they have searched the area many times. His family even searched in a helicopter, but flooding made it hard to see anything. Now, the siblings are asking for your help to find their brother.

"Today is about getting the word out for Mark because his whole family is being torn apart," Shruder said. "We don't know anything. He's been missing since April and we just want everybody to keep looking and have faith that he will be found alive."

Rose was last seen wearing khakis, a gray shirt and a blue fleece jacket. His family asks anyone who saw anything suspicious or has any information to call Meridian Police. They also add to stay away from the river to be safe.

You can find a GoFundMe in Rose's name here. The siblings say the funds will go toward a second helicopter search.
