A local 15-year-old is already an entrepreneur who has plans on changing the future of real estate.

His business is called 208 Drone Dude. He uses a small camera to capture images from the air with the help of a drone.

"When they think of a 15-year-old running a business, they're like, 'Ah, it's not going to work out.' I just want to show I can run a successful business, I can be mature, I can be professional," said Sebastian Griffin, the owner.

He says real estate companies currently pay thousands for airplanes to fly over homes on the market, taking pictures. But using a drone is more precise, cost-effective and safer.

For the innovative teen, age is just a number. He says his clients have never really noticed how young he is.

"I think it's more like, 'He looks young.' But I try to present myself as pretty mature and say, 'Oh yeah, I'm the real deal. I want you to know that I'm here to be a professional," he said.

A professional, who also takes school seriously. The Nampa sophomore is at the top of his class, has a 4.0 gpa and plans to be valedictorian.

He hopes to inspire his peers by showing them they don't have to wait around to chase their dreams.

"You can think for yourself and be something," he said.

After high school, he dreams of going to Brigham Young University to get his MBA and undergrad in marketing.

No matter where he goes and how many homes he photographs... He says Boise will always be his home, and he plans on coming back after college.
