Caldwell man killed in early moring rollover crash

NAMPA, Idaho (KBOI) - Idaho State Police say a single-vehicle crash killed a Caldwell man early Sunday morning.

Troopers responded to the crash shortly before 6:00 a.m. Sunday on I-84 near Northside Boulevard in Nampa.

According to Idaho State Police, 47-year-old Michael Garner was driving east when his pickup truck went off the right side of the roadway. Troopers say when Garner got back on the road, he overcorrected and the truck rolled 30 feet from the Interstate.

Garner, of Caldwell, died on scene. Troopers say he was wearing his seat belt.

Idaho State Police are still investigating the crash.
