Caldwell driver ejected, injured in single-car crash on I-84
CALDWELL, Idaho (KBOI) —
A driver was taken to the hospital after being ejected from their vehicle during a crash.
Shortly before 11 p.m. Idaho State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on I-84 near Caldwell.
ISP says 22-year-old Klyde A. Gini was heading east when the vehicle struck the guardrail on the median side, crossed all lanes of travel and struck the jersey barrier on the shoulder.
The vehicle overturned and came to a rest on its top and Gini was ejected. He was transported to Saint Alphonsus in Boise.
The crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
