Bomb squad: Unattended package at Boise Airport not a threat

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Boise Police bomb technicians now say an unattended cardboard package found at the Boise airport is not a threat.

Police say an unattended package was reported shortly before 1:00 p.m. in the airport parking garage. Boise Police bomb technicians were called to the scene to investigate, and found the package in a walkway in the garage.

Investigators now have custody of the package. No word on what is inside.

Boise Police say operations at the airport were not disrupted during the incident.
