Boise man pours gasoline on home, threatens to burn it down, police say
GARDEN CITY, Idaho (KBOI) -- Police say a 53-year-old Boise man threatened to burn down a Garden City home after pouring gasoline on the house.
Garden City Police says officers were called out to a home on the 100 block of E 37th Street Thursday afternoon about a man found without a shirt and smelling of gasoline.
GCPD says Jerome Harris admitted to pouring gas on the house. Police did not say why Harris was threatening to burn the structure.
He's been booked into the Ada County Jail on first degree arson, a felony. He's scheduled to be arraigned in court Friday afternoon.
