Boise man charged with battery, accused of making sexual advances toward real estate agent
MERIDIAN, Idaho (KBOI) —
A 36-year-old Boise man is accused of battery after he allegedly put his hands on his real estate agent and tried to kiss her.
Meridian Police says the victim was showing Ertan Ikic a home on the 2000 block of Summberbrook in Meridian when he started making inappropriate sexual comments toward her. The victim told police that he then cornered her in a hallway and put his hands down the back and front of her pants.
The victim, police say, yelled out "no" and "stop" but he then tried to kiss her.
The real estate agent was able to get away and called a co-worker who then called police.
Ikic has been charged with battery with the intent to commit a serious felony and misdemeanor false imprisonment. He now faces up to 20 years in prison.
