Ada County prosecutors call man's murder 'torturous'
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) —
A Boise woman suspected of a torturous murder made her first court appearance on Monday.
Kimberly Swa, who was arrested Friday on first-degree murder, is being held without bail after a judge denied setting a bond amount.
In court on Monday, Ada County Prosecutors say Swa admitted to the murder to detectives and described the killing as brutal and torturous. Boise Police says the man suffered multiple injuries.
The victim, who has not been identified, trusted Swa, prosecutors say, and was killed in his home. She's scheduled to make her next court appearance April 30.
