BPD: Shots fired near Dirty Little Roddy's in downtown Boise

Boise Police is investigating a shooting in downtown Boise, early Friday morning.

Officers were called out to a parking lot near Dirty Little Roddy's early Friday morning. Witnesses say a man fired several shots from a handgun into the air before getting into the passenger seat of an SUV and then drove away.

No one was injured.

The man is described as being black and wearing dark clothing. He left in the SUV with two to three additional black men.

The SUV and the suspect were not found.
