One person killed in SUV rollover crash near Caldwell

One person has died after a SUV rolled in a crash along Interstate-84 near Caldwell.

Idaho State Police says a 20-year-old Moab, Utah resident was driving east along the interstate when the vehicle went through the median and rolled the vehicle, ending up in the westbound lanes.

The driver and passenger, who were both wearing seat belts, were taken to St. Alphonsus in Boise, troopers say. A second passenger, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene of the crash.

That person has not been positively identified. The crash remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
