$1 million Powerball ticket purchased in Ada County
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Someone in the Treasure Valley is having a very good morning.
The Idaho Lottery said Thursday that someone purchased a $1 million winning Powerball ticket from Wednesday's $80 million draw. The winning numbers were 30, 31, 45, 55, 59 and the Powerball was 27.
"We are encouraging everyone who played Powerball for last night's draw to check their tickets carefully for winners," said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery director. "Too often we see players not match the Powerball and think they do not have a winning ticket. In this case, the ticket matched all five of the first numbers and is worth $1 million. "
Including the million dollar winning ticket, there were more tha 3,400 winning Powerball tickets in Idaho from last night's draw including a $10,000 winner from Oneida County. With no jackpot winner, the estimated jackpot for Saturday night is now $94 million.
